Mistakes happen, and we all know it is how they are handled that differentiates great from the good. She is the reason we will stay with GoDaddy.

Every time I call GoDaddy, I have a great experience with their tech support specialist. The last call I was on was cut off, so that is frustrating but it was a long call and I know how upper management works. If it goes to long, cut them off. My tech Elijah was amazing and I gave him a raving review because he was clear and precise in his communication and there was no communication barriers at all. I've honestly never had any issues with GoDaddy's customer service and thing they are ranked at the top of any support people I've ever worked with and I've been in IT for nearly 35 years.

GoDaddy's 24/7 service is awesome. AND the fact that I had the choice to talk to a real person was just as helpful. The fact that GoDaddy provides service as soon as you need it, as opposed to having to wait the next business day to resolve issues, is crucial for me and my business accounts.
