I realized 2 days later that I registered a wrong name for my domain. I called the customer service to request a refund; within a few minutes I was talking to a live representative(not an AI!) who was highly professional, knowledgeable and fast in her response to issue a refund. I'm rather impressed with this level of service.

Love the customer service at GoDaddy. I know I can rest assured that I can call and talk to a real human who will resolve my issues and hold times are not long. Over 15 years in my business and their customer service is still this level of quality. In this day and age of automations, AI, customer service chat bots, and many large companies hiding their phone #s or simply not having them (Google I'm calling you out), it's good to have real, actual customer service.

An extra-ordinary and expensive experience.I have 5 domain names with 0-2 sub-domains with them.Good part: Recent employees are patient, polite and professional.Bad part was the business had a time got China as its Asian Agent and I was in Taiwan. I was worried about them using my websites to do bad things. Because I closed my business, I didn't worry about my websites. They sent me an email ask me to spare my files. But I was busy with my life without paying attention to my business related stuff. 2025 is a disaster year, I want to let my websites' contents to save lives. But now all the contents were gone. That I accumulated for years of contents lost without sparing files. So, please don't use the host server as a paid storage!
