GoDaddy's customer service associate was quick to answer (2 minute wait), professional, and pleasant to work with. Although it was my human error that caused the problem, and my request could not be resolved while on the phone, the appropriate form was sent for me to complete and submit. I'm impressed with GoDaddy and their customer service.

Overall, pretty dissatisfied. GoDaddy first demanded that they can’t change the plan to premium to basic. When you are a new customer no issues to update the plan from basic to premium. I’m sure if you are getting more money, no issues. But I has argue why they can’t go down to basic because the cost are really high. I got it at the end after 2 hours.

I bought the wrong domain and email. Godaddy help via call was super easy and fast. The support was easy to understand. Took about 10 mins. I thought it was going to be a pain in the a**, Alas, it was easy!

They helped build my website and open up a new business email. I had much help from Albert from their technical Dept, he helped me step by step. He stayed on the phone with me until we set up my new email, and more. Never hung up and even stayed late in his Dept, just to make sure I clearly understood. He was kind, professional, warm and patient. Thank you Go Daddy for having Albert on your technical team and helping me build my first business website and new business email.
