Customer service is very quick to answer and doesn't have a horrible AI "loop" solution that doesn't actually fix anything ("have you tried doing xyz? If you have and you're still having issues, please call back". You call back, and it's the same message). You deal with a real person that is very knowledgeable.The GoDaddy website builder is also very user friendly and reasonably priced
