The rep, Angela, I got connected with was excellent. She went out of her way to review my account with so many random services that were free add-ons, being auto renewed, and corrected/deleted them.

My domain name had a billing issue and unfortunately my first attempt to contact someone through the email I was sent went unanswered. I had to Google the customer service number to get resolve which Justin did.

I've been managing my internet domains with GoDaddy since 2015. I've never had a problem and everything has always gone smoothly. Whenever I call for customer support, the support team members are invariably patient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm happy with my experience and will continue working with GoDaddy.

Godaddy works like a lot of other services but the difference is that when it doesn't work, Godaddy fixes it with you. Others leave you handing in the wind but Godaddy back you up!
