I gave them a single-star review because of poor service but their response after the initial unpleasant experience has been so outstanding that I'm happily revising my review. Their CEO's office promptly reached out to me via Mr Zaka, who personally saw to it that the SSL issue with my site was resolved quickly. He also issued me a refund for the SSL configuration service.I think GoDaddy's ecosystem might be a bit too complex even for their support people. But when things happen to go south, their response seems to be quite amazing.
