I previously wrote a review and gave a lower rating, I wanted to rectify this as I have since had a dedicated person help with the issue, and in addition, I am now aware that the issue I had lies completely with Ionos not initially setting up my M365 licence properly. My experience is that I tried to move my M365 licence from Ionos to Go Daddy. They migrated my emails on the same day and really put effort into ensuring that the process would be seamless from the view of my customers. I really have to congratulate you guys on this having recently had another experience that demonstrates that not all providers are the same. Long story short, whilst I had email web access, I was not able to change the licences on the M365 products to access the other apps. This was because Ionos is holding on to the domain tightly. I therefore sadly and reluctantly moved back to Ionos nearly 2 weeks ago, which has been a disaster. So.....now I'm in the process of thinking of rebranding my business so I can start with a new domain from Go Daddy and get my professional set up. I'd prefer not to change my business name, but it seems like to only way to completely cut off from the other provider and not have problems. Your dedicated representative has been really helpful with this and I fully trust him (it is the fabulous Christian who deserves 5 stars). I've kept the rating to 4 rather than 5 just because I wasn't able to move to you with my current business domain. For any potential customers reading this, Go Daddy really is the best option if you are starting up a business. Everyone else in my network uses them and have never had an issue. In addition, I have another product with them (a website) and I have never had any issues. They really deserve to dominate this market.

Helped me pick the right products that i needed

I have several products with GoDaddy which deliver exactly what I need to run my businesses efficiently. For me the 5 stars represent the excellent customer service that is on hand should you have an issue or a question. Today Manuel delivered a gold star service to me through excellent listening and communication skills, patience (I can be hard to deal with!) and resolving my queries. I am very grateful for his friendly and professional attitude. ??

Daniel did an awesome job getting me taken care of and my issues resolved. I have been with GoDaddy for 20 years. Several of my sites were not being used any longer. Daniel was able to assist me to accessing my old account and updating my new emails so I could get into my account. He did a great job with me and was very patient in the process. I'm so grateful to have Daniel on the other end of the phone walking me through things. I'm very thankful GoDaddy has on phone customer service. You can never replace someone like Daniel. So in my opinion for the best in customer service, always have a phone number so people like me can work with people like Daniel. He is the BEST!!!
