In times where great customer service is at an all time low, GoDaddy continues to provide excellent customer service! Their willingness to resolve issues quickly, efficiently, and with what sounds like a virtual smile and care about me as a customer, is refreshing in these times where it seems companies could care less about making clients happy. They are also willing to help and work with you when cash flow is challenging which is much appreciated - again in these difficult times many of us are facing.

I transferred my domain from Squarespace to GoDaddy and was having issues with the transfer. Squarespace would not even let you talk to somebody on the phone and just referred me to a useless AI trouble shooting chat. The customer service rep on GoDaddy, however, was awesome. I solved my problem so quickly and was super nice too. I am very grateful and it's nice to see a company that still values customer service.
