The GoDaddy Tech support person was easily able to solve my initial issue, but then went a step beyond and asked if there was anything else I needed. As a matter of fact there was. I was having trouble receiving work emails on my phone. He was able to guide me through the process of removing and then readding the account. It solved the problem and I am up and running with work related emails on my phone.

I had a short wait time and all my questions were answered and my problems solved.

Today I got a customer service person that went over and beyond the call of duty. She was so knowledgeable and told us what needed to be done and stayed with us on the phone until we were able to get in our account and transfer and was so kind all the way to the end. So thankful.
