I called and waited maybe three minutes on hold; then Rommel listened to my issue and had me forward the email alert.He then sent me a link and helped walk me through the steps on the phone to fix the issue. Customer Service brought me back. After struggling with technical issues that were no fault of GoDaddy, I decided that I would cancel my subscriptions. When I went to cancel, it was the complete opposite of delay, or upsell tactics. The customer service team were professional and empathetic. They listened and worked the problem. Over the next 2 months, every time I was working with any other customer services rep, it was clear why GoDaddy had award winning support. When, I saw a chance to come back, I jumped at it. Despite some minor hiccups, again GoDaddy Customer Service came through. I will recommend them cause I am proof they got my back, which is why they got me back.
