I was upgraded to professional business within no minutes waisted and me going thru alot of process

I was having quite a frustrating time and Doug was quite patient with me. He got me through each step of the way and explained how to fix the problem. Didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience to his day. At last, someone that was kind and understanding! He restored my faith in mankind.

I was having trouble with a technical problem and I'm not super tech savvy. Joemar helped me out patiently and lead me through everything perfectly. There was no confusion and his explanations were awesome. Due to the fact that neither of us could resolve the problem, he reached out to the back office to help out. After a few minutes he came back with a fix and it worked! Each time I have used GoDaddy on either the site or this phone call have been excellent!

GoDaddy has stepped up its game, making it so easy for me to work on my business and focus on IT instead of going down needless rabbit holes. If I ever get stuck, I don't waste time trying to figure it out. For once, it’s actually quicker to contact customer support! GoDaddy’s chat and phone support are quick to respond and always helpful. They sometimes even catch things I didn’t know I needed to fix, like where I’m at risk. They’ve even told me what an unnecessary purchase would be! They saved me a few hundred dollars in my first two support calls alone! That kind of honesty goes a long way. A five-star experience for sure!

Customer service rep was Lester - he was a great resource of knowledge, thorough understanding of my issues and guidance to resolving problem was superb!

The help desk is available anytime and is very helpful as you can actually speak to a real person. I called the help center on Friday at 10pm. I did have a waiting time of 30mins but I guess that’s expected while calling at such an hour. I spoke to Katrina, who was very helpful and patient as I was attempting to log in. She explained and resolved the issue I was having. I am very happy with the service.

The representative was friendly, thoughtful and very thorough in explaining the process so when it came to the upscale it was a no brainer and a great price for the package of products.
