From the moment we connected, Raffy demonstrated exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to excellence. We stayed on the phone 2 hours and he pushed and pushed to get me a ticket created. FINALLY, they created a ticket to get my issue resolved. Although, I am still waiting for a resolution, at least I got a ticket. I would gladly work with them again in a heartbeat!

Getting through to a real person was wonderful! NAthan solved my issue in less than 10 minutes (more like 5 once I explained the issue). Before that the online struggles and AI bot took me 2 hours with no success - the only reason I tried those options as long as I did was because the first time I called I was told the wait would be 54 minutes!

I dislike how GoDaddy's agents I spoke with recently did not disclose to me that un "parking" a fully paid-for website would cost me almost $200!!

The customer service people were amazing at helping me resolve my issue! They listened carefully to my concern and made sure they understood everything correctly. I had to transfer to two different people because of my several concerns, but I had received the help from the first person. Then, as I was dealing with the second person, she listened and made sure she understood the concerns carefully. As she listed the steps I should follow, because they sometimes took a while, she was super patient, and then she was super helpful in making sure everything was good. I am so grateful for the help I was given.

I've had godaddy for 5 yrs easy site to build. Earlier I talked to a rep and he had an attitude So I asked yo speak with someone else he told me no and to call back then he deleted my site which I didn't tell him to do cause they just took my payment today. Everything was gone I called back and Brian was my new rep. He was kind and patient and listen to my questions ans complaint. He restored my site with no additional cost so I was pleased with him but the other guy needs to be fired. He said his name was Josh then laughed. I knew it wasn't his name.

When I called GoDaddy today, I needed to have a few different things taken care of. My representative, Andrew, was able to help me with everything. I can't tell you how much I appreciate GoDaddy making things so easy for me! Excellent customer service! Thanks!
