I was put through to an agent immediately. After explaining my issue/challenge, my agent listened to me, was quick to understand, read the notes from my previous calls on this same challenge, problem solve and recognize the urgency of my situation. While on hold, Gabriel came back to me regularly to give me updates. He also let me know that if for some reason we were disconnected, he would call me right back! That was very comforting to hear. Gabriel is very professional and polite, he used my name often and he let me know that he understood the urgency of my situation. I feel that GoDaddy must be treating their employees right, and training them on how to keep the customer happy, as Gabriel proved all those points to me tonight! So thank you GoDaddy!
