Your technical support employee Joseph, was incredibly patient with me as I was dealing with a long term (4 months) problem that many other GoDaddy employees did not resolve. Imagine being on a world cruise and not being able to access your email. Apple couldn’t even help.But Joseph did. He was very calming, kind and patient and got the job done. Very grateful for his knowledge in accomplishing this.
