Jason was really helpful and resolved my issue. He even called me back because I had to do something. I told him I was not proficient with websites and he was really understanding. I've been using Go Daddy for years and the main reason has been their consistent great service when it comes to support and also sales. I always get my issues resolved on the first call. Sometimes they'll even handle things for me. Their employees are always very knowledgable and helpful.

Whilst troubleshooting she helped me amend some service options which meant I’m actually now paying less!If the standard of support I received today is representative of all godaddy’s support calls then they must surely be a global leader in customer care. Whenever I've called Go Daddy, I've received excellent customer service. I had renewals that were no longer needed and Antonia did not try to push me to keep the extra services. She was accommodating and worked quickly to process my request.
