They're an excellent company to deal with regarding your web hosting. They are inexpensive, but offer amazing 24/7 Customer Support. I've had my primary domain registered with them for well over 20 years. In all that time, I think I've had to call Customer Support three or four times at most they are courteous, patient, and very respectful. They're also very knowledgeable, and Customer Service is based in the US with excellent English speaking customer service representatives.

Initially, I was quite frustrated with customer service and was redirected and put on hold multiple times only to get to the wrong person. I was told I would have to call back the next day to speak to someone in another department. I assertively asked if it would be at all possible to talk to another Tech Representative. I was transferred to Adrian and I had the best experience possible. He was patient, informative, and stayed the course to help me solve my issue. Very grateful for him! He’s a gem!

I purchased a.com and.org along with the email and the whole process didn't take long because Jake was able to systematically cover all the bases. He also made himself available for any further assistance I might need! Many things to Jake for being there.

In the many years that I have been working with GoDaddy, I have never had even one experience that was less than excellent.

Have been trying to recover my account after an employee left. We are trying to put up a new website and for over a week they keep promising they will take care of it in a few hours, but have to keep calling and get the same BS. Still waiting. Horrible service.

I call cause I was wondering why they charge for an specific amount cause i didn’t know what I was doing with my website and Juan Carlos answered me so kindly and explained to me all reasons why they charge but he make sure I was happy with the product and he offered me all the help that I will need to make sure that was happy with my website such a nice experience I recommend it 100%
