Romel the GoDaddy customer service representative was patient and listened to me. I had previously attempted to request a refund via chat without success. When I explained this to Romel, he asked me to send a screenshot of the text to him with the date. The date was within the 7 day refund authorization period. This allowed Romel to process my refund immediately. Had he not listened and been willing to work with me, I would have been out $300. I will always prefer speaking to a live agent. Thanks again GoDaddy & Romel for exceeding my expectations.

Alec was an amazing rep. It was so refreshing to be able to speak to somebody in America where English is their first language not only did he save Godaddy our account we moved three domains over from Duda. Alec also helped us with our products as we constantly are being sold products, we do not require from people outside of America, where English is their second language Alec was great even helping follow up via email as we had some difficulties getting our products straightened out Alec is a great employee. I wish we had him for our own company.
