I had a question that out of my area of expertise. I was lucky to get the rep I did! She let me know right away she could help me and we discussed, and I sent an email from the Plugin company that was asking me the question to pass on to my hosting provider. She had to go discuss with some technicians. She came back a lot sooner then expected and told me the changes have been made to the PHP module and one more thing as well. I was very impressed by her friendly attitude, and overall knowledge base. Fantastic employee!!!!!

Customer success team doesnt know it's own product features. They wanted me to upgrade (spend MORE money), but then they didn't know if upgrading will fix my issue. Then said they could only refund me for that upgrade by deleting my website -- which is my business -- so this is unacceptable.Been on customer chat for over an hour and they still dont know if my issue will be solved by upgrading.
