Jennifer and her colleagues worked round the clock with me to resolve the tech issue I had with a stalled email account. Jennifer stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours. Each time she put me on hold, she reminded me that " although I would hear dead air, she could still hear me and she was going to stay with me until the issues was resolved." My husband's construction company had a very important potential client that we had to email within 24 hours. Without a business email, we would have lost our credibility. I wasn't receiving emails or sending them since March 6th. i never try their chat. to get some one to help you if you get lucky after 2weeks this lady in the afternoon helped me but i still cant sent mail.Cherry Lou was the only one who set me free from the nighmare.
