What first made my experience with GoDaddy Customer Service great was that a human person answered. Colton was courteous, patient, and helpful. He patiently answered my questions about setting up an email with my new domain name and explained what I needed to do with my second domain name to keep it safe.

very bad service. servers always creating problems. While writing review, i just checked they are doing it to everyone who have small businesses and low rate hosting plans but still spending 7-8$ per month for a small 1gb site isn't low + still having so many problems. but i have already paid for 3 years. they just scooping money by any method. very bad hosting even with MANaged word press basic. like a lot. they don't know what is going on with customer. always ask the same question even i told their support agents what is the proplem. problem with php loading, problem with backup, problem with flushing cache, problem with nameservers, problem with https/http. problem with ssl certificates. they freaking looted. no good service. their technicians don't know jack crap. you won't believe. what is it like that you are doing whatever you can to manage the site and doing hardwork but server which are crap does not let you work. i have contacted them more than 130 times regarding different problem. once there was problem regarding something as my site was not able to load properly and takes 2-3 minutes to open a page sometimes error. error inn contacting to server or server time out. they raised the ticket and told me it would take couple of hours. my site was shut for 3 days and then they fixed it. guess what. the problem is still the same till this date. and they don't know anything. every time another agent come, he tells you another story about your site. sometimes they even suspend your account accidentally too. while you are in between of the work , everything shuts down! if you (Godaddy) watching this, i don't know how your business still running or may be you just scam.

Suddenly, everything was gone: our domain and the email address linked to it. And now, we are being asked to buy it back for an outrageous price. This feels like a legalized ransomware attack.Customer support is completely unhelpful — no one knows anything, and we’re being sent in circles. This is not how a trustworthy company should treat its customers. It’s disgraceful, unethical, and downright predatory.Do not trust GoDaddy with your digital identity.This experience has been shocking, and we’re warning everyone in our network to stay far away from this company.Was in contact with Joe from Go daddy, he was talking the same BS as the other people at go daddy.Do fall in to their trap, they are crooks!
