I have been a client of GoDaddy for many years - I received a renewal charging for a service I NEVER ordered or asked for - I had a HORRIFIC, rude rep when I called about it who left me on hold - then had to CALL back and spoke to another rep who seemed helpful, but I’m awaiting a REFUND - I have 72hrs to see if it happens UPDATE - ‘NEVER’ GOT THE REFUND! THEY REFUSED TO EVEN THOUGH I •NEVER• ORDERED THE SERVICE THEY WERE CHARGING ME FOR - #BEWARE PEOPLE - HANDLED *VERY* UNPROFESSIONALLY - A VERY, VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER [ and that may now change…. ]
