I let my website registration expire. GoDaddy was superfast when I renewed.

I highly recommend working with GoDaddy as their products are reasonably priced, never have issues with their products and their customer service is amazing! I'm happy to partner with a company that gets it and understands the consumer frustration (they even have an option to opt out of lame music while on hold!). I recently had the pleasure to work with Jose and he was fantastic. He immediately addressed my concerns, offered great solutions and even saved me hundreds of dollars over the next 3-5 years. I look forward to working with Jose again in the future and highly recommend using their products.

They one sidedly tripled the prices in a single year and added services to the bill I never signed up for. Oh and when you try to delete your card information or your account, it’s borderline impossible. Spent more than 3 hours trying to delete my subscription and bank card info at the site - without success. They will try to rip you off again and again, until you take legal action. Stay away!

I had an incredibly heartening experience with your representative, Carlos, today. He listened, understood, commiserated and offered a simple solution. He wasn't condescending and best of all, didn't talk like he was simply reading platitudes from a script. He talked to me like a human.
