After searching your domain that was available they will quickly register the domain to deprive you of usage in hopes of selling it for much profit. This is an act of extortion and against consumer protection act. They are a bunch of lazy dudes who lack creative thinking, brainstorming and would rather pry on their customers inputs. Still waiting for Tim from Office of the CEO to come back to me. Last week Friday they claimed to have fixed the problem. Guess what, not fixed, GoDaddy and their inability to sort our SSL issues THAT WE PAID THEM TO FIX is damaging our brand reputation by clients and future clients not being able to reach our site. They responded to my previous review to make the optics look good to those reading the reviews but we have not had contact, despite them saying they would be. Disgraceful

Well, GoDaddy has a live person who picks up the phone quickly. And yes, they have phone and chat support and as we all know, sometimes it's best to place a ole fashioned phone call. Jeff my GoDaddy agent was super friendly, very knowledgable and quick. What more could you ask for. Bravo!

During an email issue today, I experienced the BAD and the GREAT during my interactions with GoDaddy support. The BAD is not worth discussing in detail. However, the GOOD is, and with some effort a positive result occurred after persisting beyond two support representatives and on to a third that solved the problem. He provided to me the kind of clear, timely, engaged, and knowledgeable support that I have been accustomed to from GoDaddy. Two previous support people did not perform anywhere near as well.This review would be "5" Star, if representative #3 would have been my first.
