Great service

When I used this website they banned my content and my hacks gng on diddy fr. They also want to take down my website "godaddysucks.com".

Lindsay was fantastic! I was very nervous to finally move all of my products over and she made the process easy. She was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel any pressure to get it all done quickly. She made sure to check in before the call ended and took the time to review a point I wasn't sure about, AND she had a great personality. Best first experience with customer service I've had. Appalling service! During a two-week period, I experienced significant issues with email deliverability, as my emails were consistently directed to the junk folder. My initial attempts to resolve this involved daily communication via online chat with Indian Customer Service during the first week failed. I was repeatedly informed that implemented changes would require up to 24 hours to take effect; however, the issue persisted beyond these stated timeframes. In the subsequent week, I engaged daily with customer support via telephone. I spoke to about 12 people in total. Despite these efforts, the problem remained unresolved. Furthermore, I opted to purchase additional services at the recommendation of customer support, with the understanding that this would rectify the situation. Unfortunately, this did not yield the desired outcome. I could not deal with it anymore as it was significantly affecting my mental health. Consequently, after two weeks of unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter, I made the decision to terminate my email service with GoDaddy and transition to an alternative provider. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.
