My experience with Go Daddy was refreshing. My representative, Mark, was knowledgeable about the products and services.

First thing was the politeness and professionalism and then the helpful insight.

GoDaddy is easy to deal with, looks to the long term relationship even with small business users and they have great tech support. Quick to answer on the phone.

Very easy to use website, puts customers before profit, has a very good back up team.

I have read many a bad review for Go Daddy on trust pilot though can honestly say i only had good experience with their online customer service and the curtesy call. You receive what you put out, i was polite and patient and in return the staff at Go Daddy were helpful and polite. I cannot complain about my personal experience so far.

Was going to buy 2 domains, looked it up several times, they were available, suddenly GoDaddy offered them for selling, I have several Domains with GoDaddy and we are going to start a Agency upselling Digital Services, thought they would be a trusted partner, but after that exact experience, I'll gonna move everything from the platform, unless we find a solution, and I will definately not recommmend you to any of our clients.

Not ideal to have to call support because fairly basic functionality didn't seem to be working. That said, the support I get was excellent and solved the problem.
