My kids got their phone hacked during the weekend which left me thinking and a little insecure. Got an email from GoDaddy confirming somebody had logged into my account I’ve got four manufacturing plants with four different websites. Could you imagine the hack after reaching out to Go Daddy within literally eight minutes they were able to confirm that one of my IT managers I use this personal email, therefore wasn’t getting hacked. I was immediately relieved worth every dime. Trust me.

The phone customer service rep was able to quickly help me. However the online chat was so bad I almost started searching for other domain register companies. He, the chat person, seemed to only want to sell me premium domain names for thousands of dollars. I had to ask chat 3 times before he gave me GoDaddy's service phone number.

They actually have great people for customer service. You are not just dealing with annoying AI.

Seemed more interested in selling services than implementing them and making them effective. Should say this is often, though not always, a characteristic of those anwering when we call for help or guidance.

The Customer Service Agent was great and helpful until he rushed off the phone and ended the call before i was finished asking questions. I had waited on hold for 20+ minutes and then had to call back and wait again. After a new support Agent answered, my call was Maybe I'll try again tomorrow. GoDaddy is much more than a cool name. I have used them for almost 20 years now, and they are just excellent in all areas! The customer service and tech support is terrific. The on-hold, wait time when when phone-calling is insignificant. That alone is such a relief! No annoying bots. Reasonable prices. Very user-friendly website. They are entirely trustworthy and reliable. I recommend them to everyone! I will use them for the rest of my life.
