Building a brand has its challenges and its such a relief to work with people that genuinely want to help. The times that I've called in, the person on the other end of the line is knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. I don't hangup feeling like I missed something.

I had to cancel a product I ordered twice by mistake. The charge had already gone through so I also had to ask for a refund as well. Since I am not that techy, I had to ask questions to be sure I wouldn't lose my data. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and treated me very polite. Perfect example of how CS should treat their customers. Give Jimmy a raise!
