These 5 STARS are for Cassandra. Since September 9th I have spent a total of 11:00 HOURS on the phone with different people in the sales and service departments of GODADDY. While all of the people I interacted with were kind and always polite, I would never get what I was promised. Not until today!!Today I spoke to Cassandra, and thank you, thank you, thank you Cassandra for your kindness, your professionalism and your complete comprehension of the situation. Not only did Cassandra help me with a 3 week accumulation of being over promised and under delivered, she stayed on the call with me until my issues were resolved!!!!! Cassandra resolved 3 situations in 1 call! How could she do that you ask? That is because she was the ONLY person wholistening to understand “the client”, and then going above and beyond to resolve the issues. Not one of the prior 4 or 5 people were able to do that, except Cassandra. ????I hope she is in upper management and if she is not she should be up there. She is an exceptional employee and Godaddy is lucky to have her. Hey Godaddy give this woman a big raise, she deserves some shares too. I recently purchased a subscription for my website through Godaddy. During the first payment attempt, the page crashed and there was no record or confirmation of payment. When I wen't back to try again, I decided on the slightly better plan. I have now been charged for both, and customer service say they can't give me a refund because it was an 'upgrade' even though the payments were 7 minutes apart. I'm very disappointed and will be moving my custom elsewhere.
