The "Subscription" feature was not working on my website, so I called GoDaddy for help. Christian answered my call, and he was so helpful and cheerful. For Christian, it was a simple and quick fix--it was all down to my error, not GoDaddy's fault. I will use GoDaddy every time I need to set up a website because the setup is easy, the cost is fair, and help is easy to get.

I needed help that was somewhat difficult and the Man Justin who took the call at go daddy was polite, supportive and helpful. after many attempts to resolve the issue he stayed calm and attentive and didn't give up! we got it done ! Now I can email using my correct Branded content !

My GoDaddy account is permitted to be accessed by an unknown 3rd party as I log in to my account and see a URL as my landing page that includes NOT SECURE "../webhosting/cpanel/account/40582b5f-cd5f-11ed-82d2-3417ebe72595/view..." the loads forever WITH NO CONTENT at all. It used to be directly going to the Products and Services where I would see everything I fully paid for as a list. This cPanel access implies permitted intrusion and access to 3rd parties. Despite my bringing this to GoDaddy's attention in my endless conversations and 1586 hrs with them on the phone (including some very rude reps who hung up) they seemed to correct the issue and then it happened right after the fix as if they made fun of their customer while insulting their intelligence.I paid over $800 for 3 domains and web hosting services and this is unacceptable and criminal. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use GoDaddy.

I had to call customer service to help me get things set up correctly and the customer service was top-notch the rep knew exactly what I needed when I told him what I wanted. GoDaddy does what it says it will, but I wouldn't recommend for any technical users. The "free extras" you get with domain registration is... basically useless unless you do not know how websites work.I regret buying domains off GoDaddy because it's like triple the price of some low cost competitors.
