Absolutely horrible customer service. Worse than Rogers, Bell, and Amazon. Hard to believe I know. I have too many complaints to list, but this little story sums up my overall experience: I logged in to GoDaddy in the morning, no issues other than having to use incognito mode instead of regular chrome, however, when I tried to log back in later that day it didn't work... I checked my username and password about 8,000 times for accuracy... Called GoDaddy support and they told me it would take 72 hours to reset my password. They are currently holding my Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, etc hostage for 72 hours. Absolutely unacceptable for any serious business operator. Never ever ever ever again.

Sorting out emails and passwords and spam is always a nightmare. I got a recurring bill for £366 after 3 years. So I dreaded calling up to sort it out. Fear not! Jass sorted me out. Refunded the charge. Recommended a much cheaper alternative. Set it all up. In 2 hours I'm back up and running. Well done Jass and GoDaddy.

Run a mile!!Never work with godaddy. Awful customer support. There's soo many loopholes it's unreal. You will build a site, buy a domain then all of a sudden the site is unavailable and your given a price of £200 and more for 1 year to keep it going. Scammers and money thieves.If I ever get my money back for the domain nd protection I bought but cannot used I will.eat my hat!
