Luis Rangel, so far, has saved us nearly $600.00 in recurring charges that we overlooked in our account. He is greatly appreciated for helping us clean up our recurring charges, consolidating host/product services with new updates, and is saving us big $$$$ in the process. We have another telephone appointment with him tomorrow, where we expect to save even more money. Our customer service experience has always been excellent with all our support calls. We had a funky problem with Google blocking our company emails and the support person knew exactly what needed to be done. He jumped right on it and in about 10 minutes he had the programming resolved. The wait time for service was extremely short, less than one minute and he spoke fluent ENGLISH!
