Rose, in support, helped me fix a DNS issue I created while trying to connect a third-party software. I was panicked and I'm over my head. She calmly reviewed the situation with me and helped me understand what went wrong. She was never dismissive or made me feel stupid. Knowing that I can receive that kind of support, I will call for help before I try it alone next time.

GoDaddy technical rep, Jaya Mae, patiently and professionally repaired the total mess that Microsoft made with locking thousands of GoDaddy users out of their own email accounts. Jaya was totally amazing and helped me to remove all of the unnecessary Microsoft blockages so that I can once again access and use my email (that I’m paying for) normally. Jaya was the most helpful GoDaddy representative I’ve ever spoken with.

I have been a customer for many years. I recently purchased a few new domains and since it had been awhile, I did not order what I wanted correctly. I called customer service and he were extremely helpful (shoutout to Doug!). He helped me fix what I needed and also gave a lot of valuable info on my accounts as well as education on domain and email protections.
