Many offerings all over the place but when it comes to providing support and service, it often falls flat..GODADDY is different, their staff is professional, and knowledgeable - I moved a domain name recently and today went ahead with email forwarding options which implied DNS changes etc and the lady could not be more helpful, guiding me every step of the way - Bravo GoDaddy - I know even more why I switched everything to you!

I find this co-pilot thing confusing and difficult to manage. One icon i click on makes a page come up saying I have no e-mails and my work is done for the day. Can't tell you what is on with that.I still don't understand if I have to pay Microsoft as well as you guys' However, I've been with Go-Daddy like forever, so I'll stick with you and eventually figure things out.
