GoDaddy are super dodgy, for so many reasons... Let me count the ways...If you want a domain name, plan first. Don't look it up! Under NO circumstances should you look it up. If you look it up, do it ONCE. This will increase the price on your next visit, which should be when you buy it. If you look it up again, the price will go up again. And again... Until they buy it and park it, hiding it behind Domains by Proxy LLC. THEN they will offer to "Broker" a sale with the "owner". When you pay the brokerage fee, they will ask for a minimum /max you're willing to pay. DON'T DO IT! Leave that field blank, please! Apparently by this stage, your $19 domain name is now worth $10,000 to $25,000!!I am waiting to see what number they come back with from the "owner" of the domain name. ie how much they want to fleece me.Let's see what they say... Wish me luck!

Terrible customer service. The website builder is a joke. Forget about asking a question. I paid up front for 2 years, never even published my site because the website builder is so bad. After a few weeks I tried to cancel and get a refund and they won't issue any kind of refund. So they just took $390. Their customer service has gone downhill and is not what it used to be.

Thank you, GoDaddy, for “reserving” the domain name that was originally available for around $15. Now, for the “modest” price of $120, you generously offer me the chance to buy it. Truly a customer-oriented business!It’s disappointing to see this kind of practice instead of providing real value. However, I have noticed that the process has not been completed yet.My bank has confirmed that no refund has been processed. Additionally, ?yzico has stated that the refund process has not even been initiated. It appears that my refund has not been processed at all.I kindly request that the amount I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also expect an explanation regarding the reason for the delay. Go, daddy was great… Even though I was an exiting customer, Quentin, the customer service representative, who I worked with extremely helpful, very compassionate and completely helped me solve my issue.
