The Godaddy Representative 'Joel' made the experience which seemed somewhat overwhelming quite easy. Joel gave his emil to forward a list of requirements & he took care of the rest. He gave me an easy to understand tutorial should I need to make changes.

Do not use. GoDaddy sent me a reminder and invoice for the domain name registration for two years for two website. I had paid this invoice before so did again.I then received an invoice for the same service for a different company (who host the website), so I questioned them as I said GoDaddy had the domain name registration.They said use WHOIS lookup, which details the registrar for the domain and it is was NOT goDaddy even though they had charged me before for this service.I told GoDaddy they had no right to charge my in the first place as the didn't hold the domain name registration and asked for a refund. The refund was REFUSED.In my view that is fraud.

It's mostly been easy, but there are some things I'm unfamiliar with that I needed help with. Luciano was on a call with me for over 1.5 hours resolving ALL my issues with the utmost respect and accuracy. He was able to resolve every issue and he provided some of the best customer I've ever had in my life!!! I highly recommend this company because their products and customer service are top tier!!

I was able to set everything up very quickly. There was a small problem with setting up email but customer support was extremely helpful and quick at responding.

Terrible! Pay monthly for a domain and website, for the website to never show correctly online, and when you raise it with the help centre they are no help. Always an excuse as to why the website isnt being displayed properly, but they will never have an issue with taking your payments each month.

I have been preparing and doing the leg work to "make a statement" using a website that is my own for nearly 15 years and FINALLY am ready to launch. I have used GoDaddy to support my clients successfully for years. I believe that their design and support team will implement what I envision and am passionate to share with others. Trevor did a great job explaining the GoDaddy value and process that is much better than hiring a company I have no relationship with. Can't wait for my first consultation with Trevor in April!
