Anytime I have spoken with a human, I was completely satisfied. Using their chat or AI bots is a challenge and very time consuming.I am a VERY limited user of their capabilities, but for the most part they meet my needs.If all you are looking for is a simple site, I know they can do this and have templates that help you make your own site. I have no experience with needing or building more complex sites, so no comment on that.

Whenever I’ve needed help, their support team has been readily available, staying on the phone as long as necessary and even following up with helpful emails. I have friends who opted for other website services at a similar or lower cost, only to struggle with a lack of reliable support. That has never been an issue with GoDaddy! I highly recommend them for anyone who values top-tier customer service and peace of mind.
