I can't begin to explain the frustration in trying to set up something that should be super straightforward: Setting up email aliases.There was an item for setting it up in our control panel. But it would create errors. When checking with support we were informed that we had to upgrade and add a new service on. After upgrading, it still didn't work and then we were told we had to add yet another service to make it work (when initially it was supposed to be part of our domain package). Literally everything we need to do should be intuitive (especially for someone who spent many years as a system admin for enterprise companies, including their DNS servers). But instead it feels like pulling teeth.

I did not authorize renewal of my products and haven't renewed them for years. I don't need my domain and it clearly shows in my account that I haven't used them. Go Daddy used my backup credit card to charge me. I was online with a rep for THREE hours and they did not resolve my situation and credit me for the charges. Horrible customer service and I won't recommend them to anyone. There are far better options out there.

The best part of GoDaddy is the ease of doing business with them. Customer service is GREAT. BUT it would have been nice to receive a text that my domain was expiring.

The most frustrating experiences of my life have been on the phone with GoDaddy. You spend an average of 45 mins to two hours on the phone with them every time you call in and do not get anywhere. Talk to heavy accent agents all over the world and get transferred all over just to have another agent ask you to upgrade to marketing services that you just forcefully signed up for 30 minutes prior. It's absolutely mind boggling how these people stay in business.

Had an issue with my business email account due to payment from my business bard being hacked. Called customer service and spoke with Jeremy. We changed the card number and paid for the annual subscription. Was super happy, got off the phone, sent in the positive survey for Jeremy and tried to login again and NOPE!! Called customer service back. Guess who I spoke to……Jeremy!!. This time he stayed on the phone until the account became active again. SUPER IMPRESSED with their customer service. If I ever have any issues, I hope I get the pleasure of speaking to him again. Customer service in 2025?? What?? Kudos to Jeremy. Thank you for everything.

Jeanie was so wonderful. I was experiencing some trouble with our email client interfacing correctly with google and I had worked on it for several hours before finally giving up and calling support. By that point I was beyond frustrated, but Jeanie was so kind and helpful. She somehow correctly interpreted my less than tech-savvy way of describing the problem, quickly fixed the issue and then even called me a couple hours later to make sure everything went through 100% correctly. Some of the best customer service I've ever received.
