He handled my issue even though it was difficult as I had logged my self out of my account and email so it was very hard to get a recovery email but he kept working through it until he managed to resolve the issue after an hour and a half he didn't leave me at all but made sure that I was happy. Want to ring them about transferring my domain name from ukcheapest to them, and the UK won't work from Switzerland, and the number for use in the French part of Suisse won't work either. Pretty weird. This may be the only way I can get thru to them...
