I was very impressed with the customer service representative Isreal who helped me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and quickly resolved my problem. His helpfulness turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience. I would definitely recommend GoDaddy's customer service based on this interaction.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers who will sell you products which don't work, will renege on their promises to refund your money, and will take your money then string you along promising refunds whilst constantly failing to deliver.

The customer services representative Nathan was amazingly patient with me while I fumbled around following his instructions. My son was listening in from the next room and when I finished his comment was "that guy you were speaking to must have the patience of a saint!"
