I have asked Go Daddy via their 'White Glove' approach to Purchase a web site on my behalf.Matt Forrest was meant to be my account manager, and he does not reply to emails.Even thou Go Daddy has also taken the payment twice!

I have spoken to them on 5 separate occasions over the past 3 weeks about the setup of my DKIM and DMARC - and every time they have told me it is set up correctly and that I need to wait 48 hours before the records are updated. I then check and guess what - they aren't. They seem more interested in trying to upsell on every interaction than fixing the problems. I tried to raise this concern on one of my interactions and asked what the escalation/complaints process is - and I was told there isnt one. Thats helpful.

Really helpful and resolved my issue immediately.
