Still excellent service after 21 years as a customer. I called to ask a few questions about billing and plans. They resolved it. Then they dug further to see what else could be done for my account, and they ended up saving me about $800 on a long term website hosting plan. That's very impressive.

I went through the agony of not being able to send an email with my domain because of MFA security politics. Called GoDaddy the next day & they took care of the issue

I was trying to work out some updates for my website that is hosted with GoDaddy. I literally wanted to cry from frustration when James came on the line. Even though he didn't have ALLLLL of the answers, he was able to find them and all of my issues were resolved. He was patient and informative and did I mention patient? James is a Godsend in my opinion. The reason for my call was addressed however while we were reviewing my site, James also made a few other amazing suggestions to optimize my entire experience.
