When calling for help, I spoke with Raymark who was not only able to correct what I had messed up but was personable, kind, professional and made me feel important. The problem took a while, so I received a call back from a happy person who made my day brighten with encouragement and helpful instructions to continue on my GoDaddy business website journey. I've typically had good experiences with GoDaddy products and services but aware that if you don't want a renewal, you need to set it up to Cancel. I thought having an expired payment method was sufficient (the emails warned I would lose my renewal) but the small print allows them to use credit cards attached to other products. It was an expensive lesson.Fortunately, the last agent I spoke with helped me recover some of the cost by transferring accounts.

Hands down. Godaddy have THE BEST customer service. Whilst their website UX is confusing, just being able to call them up, have a rep on the line in less than 3 mins and complete multiple transactions in a few minutes is PRICELESS!! Their call reps are what EVERY company should aspire to have.Also, this review is for multiple situations like this...not just today. Their price is more that fair for the hours they have saved me over the years. And I again I can't reiterate enough... every corporation in America should follow their intense level of customer service via phone calls. The only other corp I can think of that comes close is Instacart.
