Quick resolution

None of us have all the answers. Today, when I called in, I was able to get the the heart of the problem from the perspective of GoDaddy's systems, with the help of the tech I spoke with. It was an easy call due to the tech's knowledge of the GoDaddy procedures. I am grateful.

There should be more included with any subscription to Go-Daddy. Giving a link to all the search engines that offer free pages for the personal business page would be very helpful to any small business that's using this service.

GoDaddy initially did not remove a domain I purchased from there auction servers causing an issue. The newly listed price was lower than what I paid as well. Their customer service team was knowledge and very communicative, even calling me back past closing to make sure my issue was resolved and refunding me the difference. Mark N was especially helpful! This is great customer service that other companies are lacking.
