I’ve been with GoDaddy for over 12 years—and like any long relationship, we’ve had our share of highs and lows. But truthfully, the highs have far outweighed the lows! My most recent customer service experience was absolutely stellar. Alan was incredibly patient, empathetic, and easy to talk to. He shared insights that were not only helpful but genuinely encouraging. I actually hung up the phone feeling lighter and giving myself more grace than when I first called. While the issue I called about was totally on me and couldn’t be fixed immediately, Alan left me with a hopeful solution—and just a little waiting window. ??

Brandon took on my problem like it was his own and he worked it thoroughly, finding the root cause and giving me options to correct. He even offered to do it for me.

Angel was very patient, informative and knowledgeable with helping me get my business site up and running. I wish I could speak to him every time he was definitely an angel.
