Money went missing from the account saying godaddy took it, customer servive says ask the bank, bank says, ask godaddy and godaddy says they cant give me info as its private....hahahaha, really? you take money from my acoount and they say its private what they did with that...scammers! And when calling their number, my phone says: the number you are calling to, is reported spam...thats something new....what kind of a company is this? Thieves, nothing else.

To keep an extremely long story, short, my Go Daddy account was hacked, and when I realized this I called customer service and was told as long as I changed my password, my account would be secure. Unfortunately, my phone itself was hacked and cloned, and whoever hacked me was receiving two FA codes to login and change the contact information and pay out methods. When I called again to put in another claim for identity theft, I asked if they wanted to secure my account with additional measures, such as uploading a picture of me holding my drivers license, etc. They said no that was not needed and also I did not need to close my account and open up a new one. Unfortunately, my account continued to be compromised and thousands were stolen from me. Go Daddy initially said the funds transfer had not completed and they had stopped it, but that wasn’t the case and now they are no longer willing to help me in this case. I switched to their Go Daddy payments because they had lower service fees, but this wound up costing me thousands and thousands more regardless. Their customer service representatives are so nice, however, so incapable of getting real problems solved. The customer service reps are not to blame, but the company itself for their poor practices and procedures. Unfortunately, this has been going on for over two months.
