Scam artists. They hold unused domain names that are expired for years and have a setup where you pay a fee for one of their "agents" to negotiate to buy the domain name off a "user" for an original fee PLUS a 20% commission.

I am super angry about the amount of money these people have charged me for service and the amount of time I had to invest in renewing services. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I will not be any longer. I was just charged over 500 GBP for service I did NOT authorize and I called for assistance and was disconnected. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I had troubles with the website so I rang customer service. I had a young man called NAS from Malaysia. His English was perfect and the line was crystal clear. He helped me with all my GoDaddy problems and even gave me extra tips that were invaluable. I highly reccommend.
