Hostinguer is amazing! It provides me with complete tools and the technical assistance is excellent.

they charge you for things that they shouldn't and then claim that they can't give you a refund. they also have poor customer service and horrible attitudes when speaking to clients. i am so dissapointed in this service and devastated that i am locked in with them for another year.

I had an excellent experience with Big Rock’s support team, particularly Tasnim and others who assisted me. I needed to restore an old site that I lost the backup for. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and truly helpful throughout the process. Big Rock has set the bar high for customer service—thank you for going above and beyond!

The issue was a tough one. It was an issue that couldn't be replicated on their end and for some reason only mine. Naturally, it's difficult to debug an issue of that nature. However, the support person helping (Panos), constantly stayed alongside and tried to debug this issue with me together. I think the most frustrating part of support is usually getting brushed off after getting stuck, but in this case, brushing me off didn't seem to be an option at all.
