I find the chat function at Big Rock excellent. I hardly ever have to wait for a real human agent and they are always incredibly helpful.

As far back as I can remember, this hosting provider has always been a trouble-free experience. The tech support is always polite, responds quickly and helps to solve problems if they arise. For me, the most important thing is that they are constantly evolving, not standing still, which in my eyes is why they have the status of a modern hosting provider. And with Wordpress, I have never had a Google Pagespeed index of 100 points, but this time it is exactly like that.

Please don't waste your time with Big Rock. They rip you off with separate email accounts, and once you are paying, you have to keep paying every time you need another email.

I recently tried creating a website with Big Rock and worked on it for 20 hours. Unfortunately, the website was very slow, and then it suddenly stopped working. I had purchased two hosting plans, but they only refunded me for one. Both of my websites were affected, and I still haven’t received a full refund.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel that their service does not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would advise caution before choosing this provider.
