I was looking for a more reasonable hosting service for my Wordpress site. Big Rocks' price sparked my interest, so I signed up for the 4-year plan. It was on sale and very reasonable. The first issue was their automatic migration app. It never worked and timed out every try, giving a low disk space error, even though my current host was only using half of the disk space at the time.Then, the real fun started: trying to get technical service. It starts with a chat, which is AI; you never get a real person. The AI chat bot always replied that they would have a technical person look into the problem and get in touch.Then you get emails from several people (I think people) all with the same solution, which never worked. I went though this for 5 days, finally I manually downloaded a backup and FTP'd the file to Big Rock for them to restore on their site. They sent an email a day later saying the site was good to go; I just had to point the Internet to it. Great, I thought!Not so much..the newly created site was butchered, nothing worked properly, files lost, a total disaster. Back to square 1 and the AI help chatbot.I received the same response as the first help request I sent almost a week ago, not enough disk space to migrate your site.Their technical service is non-existent, the AI chat just feeds you tutorials on how to correct the issue yourself and wishes you good luck, no personal service, you cannot speak to a person, and if you have a problem not outlined in their tutorials you are screwed.After about 10 days of dealing with multiple chat emails ant total frustration, I got my money back and stuck with my old host, who also confirmed several horror stories from customers that came from Big Rock.The only good part of the experience that the 30-day money-back refund was easy to get back, that was the only thing that was positive.Good luck if you chose them, the low cost might look good but beware

My experience with Big Rock has been extremely unsatisfactory. I hired their services expecting a seamless migration, but all I received was a total lack of professionalism. Despite multiple daily attempts and a week and a half of waiting, they still have not completed the migration, only the initial one which disappeared overnight one day, causing serious inconveniences. Instead of solutions, customer service is completely ineffective, full of promises adorned with pretty words but completely empty.Customer service is very poor; each interaction turns into a marathon of waiting, with response times ranging from 5 to 15 minutes, wearing down anyone's patience. They do not offer concrete solutions, and their only constant is the inability to resolve issues.I hope this review serves as a warning to other users considering Big Rock. My advice is to look for more reliable and professional alternatives.

My first experience with Hoststinger transferring from Google (Square Space) There was a very simple on boarding process and transferring my domain VargasandLopez.com, Not knowing because of having minimal experience with transferring hosting and building, My business email stopped working. This was critical to my insurance business and the carriers I use to protect clients and their families. Annisa was there to help me. She went above and beyond here call of duty. Making sure that it was appropriately linked together both the domain and Google email. It's very comforting that this day in age I was able to have someone like Annisa see through the issues between the Google transfer. I am so happy that I have Hoststinger.
