Please stay away from Big Rock! A class action law suit needs to be filed against them due to their scammy culture and money hungry practices. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get refunded my money after just one day of subscribing to them. The absolute worst!UPDATE:Big Rock is trying to get me to change my review. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This company can't hide their shady practices for too long before people start to see them for who they are. Too many people are saying the same thing. I transferred my domain from another provider, and once the transfer was completed, since it had expired, they asked me for a fee of 20+VAT to regain possession of my domain; otherwise, I would have lost it permanently.
